• The Madjariasana cycle.
UroGenX Male Enhancement Gradually, the Shalabhasana cycle is replaced by the Madjariasana cycle. Basic vyayama: breath - deflection, exhalation - round back. Various variations with different positions of arms and legs (Fig. 14a and b). In the future, more complex "four-legged" poses are introduced: Adho Mukha Shvansana with bandhas, Chaturanga Dandasana, later Chandra and Surya Namaskar are mastered.
