First Arabic Support Release
 

Hello Guys,
Thank you Mr Saadedin Al Hamad bug report that I have implement Arabic support in our vb3 responsive themes.

You can now re-download the zip and upload vbulletin-style-xxx xmls again.
Changes files are:
1. SultanThemeVB3R/css/st-responsive.css
2. SultanThemeVB3R/css/stvb3r.css

Hello Guys,
I have updated the zip again, this contained RTL update. The usercp sidebar switch for RTL and the newthread form center.

1. Style name> edit template> New Posting Templates > newthread
If you have an edited style, you can re-upload a style with a new name and then copy all the "newthread" template from above location and then go to the active style "newthread" template and replace all the code with the copied code.
