creating a sub -forum vb 3.8.1

Hi..

How do i create a sub forum underneath the parent forum, I cant remember how i did it last time as you can see i have the kitchen herb garden(sub-forum) underneath the vegetable patch.. http://www.muslimgrower.com/discussionforum/index.php

i wish to create another sub-forum underneath the "growing flower forum" but i cant remember how i did it, any help will be greatly appreciated it.
