Need a custom skin

I am using 3.8.4. Should I upgrade to 3.8.5 first before i get a new skin? Also how many revision do you get?

It is better upgrade first to 3.8.5 because it changes the link "mark forum as read" with a security token in navbar and forumhome.

Revision is based on the first design until you happy with it.
But I need to know exactly what you want. websites you likes and dislikes. colors etc. your information is very important.
